Murthly Castle

Murthly Castle features a 500-year old chapel, spectacular reception rooms, and a large 17th century walled garden.

Our approach to your wedding allows you to feel that Murthly is your own place. With just 12 weddings a year, our role is to assist and advise you, rather than try to take charge.

Each wedding has its own stamp, and we remember them fondly. We can host religious, humanist and civil weddings, with the chapel seating up to 220 people. Ceremonies can also take place in the garden or the 15th century castle. Receptions can take place in the castle or the expansive walled garden, complete with original fountain, box and yew hedges, summer house and terraces.
