About Rae Best Photographer and Celebrant


  • Hi, my name is Rae, Im a professional events photographer with 7+ years experience.

    I am also a qualified Civil Celebrant with The Centre of Excellence and studying with The Regent Academy for a City & Guilds in Celebrancy.

    Its my pleasure as a Celebrant to help plan your special event, exactly the way you want it and maybe even provide the photography too.

    My photography is wide range from all day Weddings to parties, pet portraits and everything in between. I have a traditional style with a modern twist.

    ​As a Celebrant, I specialise in Funerals, Memorials and Celebrations of Life but also cover Weddings, Vow Renewals, Naming Ceremonies and Unities.

    I strive to work with my clients and build a rapport making sure their special day or saying goodbye to a loved one is done exactly how they want it.

    I also have a studio opening in March 2025 in Hornsea.
