Weddings at Retreat East are characterised by their intimate and personal feel, with the venue hosting intimate small weddings or larger exclusive use options. This ensures that the focus is entirely on the couple and their guests, with no distractions or other events taking place on the same day.
The venue offers a choice of spaces for both the ceremony and reception, allowing couples to tailor their day to their individual tastes and preferences. We have several licensed areas for indoor and outdoor weddings so you can celebrate with us all year round in any season.
With accommodation for up to 68 people, the bride and groom, as well as their guests, can all stay on site, ensuring that everyone can relax and enjoy the celebrations without having to worry about transport or accommodation. You can also take advantage of the on-site spa, including a free treatment for the bride and groom, and exciting activities such as the fire pit, yoga classes or axe-throwing.
The venue also has an award-winning on-site catering team, who can create delicious, locally sourced menus to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.

Intimate Weddings – £3,500+
Our intimate weddings package means that you can have the wedding on your dreams at Retreat East with your nearest and dearest without the need to hire the whole site.
With accommodation included for 8 guests, extra accommodation can be booked.
The package includes the following:
- Two nights’ accommodation in The Farmhouse for up to 8 people
- Use of The Farmhouse Garden outdoor space or The Potting Shed for wedding ceremony
- Four course wedding breakfast for 8 guests in the Potting Shed
- Evening Buffet within the Potting Shed
- Continental breakfast on both mornings served in The Great Barn
- Use of Retreat East furniture, glassware and cutlery
- Additional day guests can be added (up to 30 people) for the wedding breakfast at a cost of £125 per person for a day guest and £35 of an evening guest. Extra accommodation can be booked.
Weekend Package (Friday to Saturday) – £35,000+
Our weekend package means you can make the most of our on-site facilities and add-on activities whilst getting an ample amount of time to spend with your guests.
Price is based on 68 guests with the ability to host 100 guests for the wedding breakfast and 120 for the evening party.
The packaged includes the following:
- Full site takeover from 1pm on day of arrival to 11am on day of departure
- Use of The Farmhouse outdoor wedding space or The Great Barn for the ceremony
- Accommodation for 68 guests
- Four course wedding breakfast for 68 guests
- Evening Buffet or Wood Fired Pizza Van
- Continental Breakfast served in room with Room Service option for hot breakfast
