Symondsbury Estate Weddings

Located in the heart of Symondsbury Village, West Dorset, is the Tithe Barn. The restored 14th Century Tithe Barn sits beautifully under rolling hills with a fabulous landscaped garden.

With it’s vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and wonderful natural light, the Tithe Barn can hold up to 150 guests.

What makes the Tithe Barn so special when hosting a wedding is that our couples can have the freedom to choose any theme, menu and decorations of their choice. We want to make sure our couples have a relaxed time at our venue, therefore the barn is free to use the day before the wedding and the morning after.

The Tithe Barn includes a fully staffed bar to provide beverages for you and your guests, a talented catering team to conjure up any dish you desire and an onsite wedding co-ordinator who will be with you throughout the special day so you and your guests can relax.

The Tithe Barn is spacious, including a wooden dance floor where you can dance the night away, and lots of room for tables for dining and for your ceremony.

Outside the barn, our beautiful gardens will captivate your guests. An outside ceremony area can be used – the area is perfect for welcome drinks, a gathering of guests and an entrance to remember.
